Do I need good credit to finance a repair?
No. Our financing has no credit check, and it's interest-free for the first 100 days. Call us for details before your visit.
Which extended warranties do you honor?
All of them, including CarShield, Endurance, Superior, GWC, Route 66, Ford Protect Plus. Bring the contract or the company's phone number. We call for authorization, do the approved work and bill them. You pay only the deductible, if any.
Do you take fleet accounts?
Yes. We accept Element and Holman fleet accounts at every repair shop. Fleet drivers can book online or walk in.
Can I use my Goodyear credit card?
Yes. The Goodyear credit card is accepted at our authorized Goodyear dealer shops for tires and service.
What is an FIA voucher?
A car repair authorization issued through Michigan's assistance programs (historically the Family Independence Agency, now MDHHS) so you can keep a vehicle running for work or family needs. Bring the authorization letter and we take it from there.
How does Work First car repair work?
Work First participants can be approved for repairs that keep them employed. We write the estimate in the format the caseworker needs, wait for approval, do the repair and bill the program directly.
Is towing included?
Towing is free within 5 miles with any repair of $250 or more, including warranty and voucher jobs.
