We still inspect for free. We still write the price down before anyone picks up a wrench. We still beat any other shop's written quote, and we still take FIA vouchers, Work First and extended warranties, because the people who rely on those programs are our neighbors.

Customers name our technicians in their reviews. The same service writers and mechanics are at the same counters year after year.

What has

Four of our shops became authorized Goodyear dealers, so tires and alignments happen in-house. Every bay has computer diagnostics. And we grew along 8 Mile, 7 Mile, Telegraph, Ford Road and Wayne Road, so wherever you are on the west side, a Redford Auto shop is a short drive or a free tow away.
